What is the Bulk Reseller Program? Who is the target customer?
This is a Bulk Spice and Seasoning Fulfillment Program and is for physical and online stores who sell specialty salts and seasonings in a variety of sizes totheir customers.
What products are included in the program?
Our entire line of bulk salts and spice blends are included in the program. A catalog of gourmet bulk salts offered is included here. Our line of spice blends and seasonings can be found here. What problem does this solve?
This program allows maximum flexibility for salt and spice retailers by allowing them access to great selection without loading, discounted wholesale pricing and enabling the ability to expand selection and serve larger volume customers without having to store large amounts of inventory or worry about advanced inventory forecasting.
What is included in the Program?
The program has four components for approved accounts:
- Discounted Wholesale Bulk Pricing
- Price Match Guarantee
- White Label Drop Ship
- Flat Rate Shipping.
What is the Discounted Wholesale Pricing?
If approved for the program, members earn discounted pricing once reaching a specific tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) based on annual volume. This volume and tier is determined quarterly and based on the trailing four quarters of bulk sales only. Private Label and branded retail products do not contribute to total volume and discounts can not be combined with other current promotions. The Silver Tier discounts start at a few hundred pounds per year and are perfect for small to mid size retailers and businesses.
How Does the Price Match Guarantee Work?
We work hard to offer the best prices possible across our portfolio or more than 100 salt varieties and 500 SKUs. If you are currently buying the same product from another competitor, we will price match or beat it. Not applicable to sale, back ordered, closeout or discount pricing and must match the same volume. Excludes delivery. Please note, we can only match to one competitor per order.
How Does the White Label Drop Ship Work?
For customer orders that cannot be fulfilled in your store or from your current inventory, we offer the ability to white label drop ship orders to your customers. We currently offer this for 5 Lb bags or 40 Lb bulk boxes. We can also handle custom larger orders. We ship direct from our warehouse and also apply your branded logo on product labels. This allows you to focus on sales to your customers and we handle fulfillment. There is a 5% handling fee per order and standard shipping charges apply but you maintain the relationship with the customer including invoicing, customer service, pricing, etc.
What is the typical order lead times?
Most in-stock bulk orders are completed, filled and shipped within 1-2 business days. Larger orders may take up to 5-7 business days depending on in stock levels, time of year and production backlogs. We will promptly notify you of any items that are back-ordered and estimated delivery timelines. Expedited rush services are available for a 15% rush fee plus any incremental shipping.

What are your minimum quantities (MOQ) and order sizes?
There are no minimum order quantities under this bulk reseller program. However, please note there is a 20% small order surcharge for orders under $250 to offset administrative, handling and processing costs. If you are ordering an item that was out of stock on your last order the small order fee will be waived, though shipping charges will still apply.
What are the typical payment terms?
For new accounts, bulk orders must be paid in full before shipping. Custom and special batch procurement orders require 50% deposit with balance paid before shipping. We accept CC, check, paypal and wire transfers. For established accounts with at least one year of order history, we allow accounts to apply for terms including Net30.
We value your privacy as much as our own. We do not sell, rent, or distribute our customer information to anyone. All customer information is considered strictly confidential and we do not store Credit Cards or other payment information on our website for added security.
Do I need a resale number to buy from you?
For tax compliance reasons, we require a reseller permit (or proof one is not needed in your state) to participate in this program. Customers without resale numbers or certificates may still participate but will be charged sales tax when applicable.
